Abd Razack Midingoyi

Hello! I’m a consultant, coach and trainer specializing in Entrepreneurship, Business Creation and Development. Since 2009, I’ve been successfully coaching young candidates for self-employment, transforming their business ideas into viable, sustainable projects that create decent jobs. My expertise focuses on supporting micro and small entrepreneurs, particularly in the agribusiness, renewable energy and information and communication technology (ICT) sectors.

Since 2015, I have been working as a coach-trainer, and my services are much in demand by the Incubator: UAC Startup Valley of the Fondation de l’Université d’Abomey-Calavi (FUAC), where I actively contribute to building the technical, financial and organizational capacities of young incubated entrepreneurs.

Thanks to my expertise and commitment to entrepreneurship, I play an essential role in the development and success of young entrepreneurs in Benin. I’m interested in the mentoring program to help young entrepreneurs from Africa and elsewhere meet the challenges they face in achieving their goals of creating wealth and decent, sustainable jobs. My areas of intervention are: Agrobusiness, Renewable Energies and ICT.

I want to pass on the knowledge and experience I’ve gained over the years to the next generation of entrepreneurs. This not only contributes to their success, but also ensures continuity and sustainable growth in our industry.Mentoring is an excellent opportunity to continue to learn and grow personally and professionally. It allows me to gain new perspectives and develop leadership and communication skills.
