My name is AbdelRahman and I have spent the past several years working across business development, partnerships, and applied AI most recently at G42, where I was involved in AI and tech initiatives spanning health, education, and the public sector across the Middle East and Africa.
I am passionate about Africa’s startup ecosystem and actively invest time in it — through networks like Dream VC, NaiBAN, and the ABAN Climate Smart Agriculture Angel Investor program.
I am looking to support early-stage founders who are trying to find PMF or accelerate their development and iterations using AI.
My interests sit across health tech, edtech, climate tech, and any venture where AI is being applied to solve real problems at scale. I am particularly drawn to founders building in markets that have long been underserved, and I bring a genuine love for connecting people and making the right introductions at the right time.
I am at a stage in my career where I am actively looking to deepen my engagement with the ecosystem, whether that is through advisory roles, board seats, or longer-term relationships with founders I believe in. Mentoring is one of the most authentic ways to build those relationships, because it starts with genuine value exchange rather than a transaction.
Also, I want to build my presence and credibility within the startup and investor community over time. I believe the best way to do that is not through self-promotion, but through consistently showing up, being useful, and letting the work speak for itself.
