Abdul Khaleq Al-Qasaily brings over 21 years of entrepreneurship , leadership , project management and business strategy experience, leading many companies in five continents.
Abdul Khaleq is a Serial entrepreneur and consultant who works across multiple fields in developing entrepreneurship, digital transformation , business growth and innovation. He is the founder of QR International LTD for innovative and disruptive tech startups management.
Mr. Al-Qasaily has an extensive experience in project management, within GIS has served in many leadership roles across education planning, ICT, urban and smart city management, health, capacity building, and economic development sectors.
In the Startup ecosystem, he serves as a mentor , and angel investor with focus on deeptech , AI, blockchain, IoT, Fintech, AR/VR and Renewable Energy.
He is a member of many entrepreneurial ecosystem networks in Europe , Turkey and the Middle East . He has also co-founded other ventures in GIS, Fintech and Decision Support Systems .
Abdul Khaleq is actively involved in the development of entrepreneurship. He is working as an Entrepreneurship Specialist , Mentor, Coach and Trainer on many projects.
He is an Accredited and Certified Global Mentor from the World Business Angel Investment Forum and certified Entrepreneurship Coach and Mentor from ILM, UK.
Al-Qasaily holds two Masters , Msc in GIS from The Technology University Dresden in Germany and MBA from Twintech University , with executive MBA from Rady School of Management in University of California, USA .
