Hey there, Ademola here. I’m a Brand, Product and Enterprise Sales Manager with 8 years of experience focused on Marketing and Digital/Tech Sales. The last few years have been invested in Saas Adtech – driving commercial conversations, go-to-market strategy, technical integrations and product roadmaps, and supporting regions across the EMEA. Further, I’ve mentored early-stage founders and marketing professionals on Micro Mentor, ADPList, Torre Access and Black Valley – and I’m looking to achieve the same results here on VC4, across emerging and established markets.

In 2014, when I started my career in the startup landscape, there was little support for startups. They were a risky venture and no one wanted to invest in advising them. Fast-forward to this era, and they’re still a risky venture. However, there are tons of helping resources and platforms. VCs are now more accessible and so are advisors and resources. So I want to contribute to paving the way for the startup culture; by encouraging founders while advising them on the best ways to grow and thrive. In the next ten years, I’d like to look back and reflect on my career as one who drove impact across the ecosystem.
