As a Nigerian and lifetime Afro-optimist, I am passionate about Africa, leadership and women empowerment. As a senior woman leader trained internationally and now based in Africa, I believe it is my duty to be visible for others and pay it forward by, for example, mentoring and coaching those around me. My aspiration is to build and enable the new Africa by developing the next generation of great African leaders, empowering these same leaders to create measurable social impact and together generating shared value via purposeful growth and investment across the continent.

After a decade in human capital consulting and another decade in insurance, I am ready to leave the corporate world, and pivot into addressing some of the more fundamental issues facing our continent. While I explore what this might look like, I do know that board, advisory and investment will form critical pillars. This seems then like the perfect forum to expand on all three areas.
