Hello, I’m Peter Adetor, and my journey spans over a decade in fostering growth and sustainability for startups and SMEs across Africa. With a background deeply rooted in international development and project management, I’ve had the privilege of guiding approximately 100 startups and SMEs to success.

My interest lies in leveraging the transformative potential of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) and empowering entrepreneurs to thrive in the global marketplace. I am deeply passionate about mentoring because I believe in the power of knowledge sharing and guiding others towards success. With my extensive experience in supporting startups and SMEs across Africa, I am driven by the opportunity to empower aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners to navigate the complexities of the market landscape effectively.

My focus areas revolve around fostering growth and sustainability in businesses, particularly within the context of international trade and development. I am keen on helping mentees identify and capitalize on opportunities presented by initiatives such as the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA), enabling them to expand their reach and maximize their impact.

Furthermore, my background in social work and development management equips me with a holistic understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing businesses in diverse socio-economic contexts. I am committed to providing mentorship that is not only strategic and goal-oriented but also ethical and socially responsible.

Overall, mentoring allows me to contribute to the growth and success of individuals and businesses while also fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge exchange within the entrepreneurial ecosystem. I am eager to share my insights, experiences, and expertise to support the next generation of African entrepreneurs in achieving their goals and making a positive impact on their communities.
