About

As founder and CEO of AMIA, an Agritech start-up still in its formative stages, I am deeply involved in developing solutions that aim to revolutionise agriculture through technology. Before founding AMIA, I worked in France as a production engineer at L’Oréal and as a continuous improvement coordinator at MPO. These roles gave me solid project management, strategic planning and operations management skills, which I now apply to my business projects. I’ve been through the complexities of building a business from scratch, learning crucial lessons about innovation, team leadership and resilience. My journey has been a constant search for growth and excellence, underpinned by a practical approach to overcoming the real-life challenges of entrepreneurship.

Mentorship motivation

  • I like to learn about industries and new businesses
  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up
  • I want to make new connections for myself and/or the organization I represent

My motivation for mentoring is based on my own entrepreneurial journey, which has given me first-hand experience of the steep learning curve and challenges involved in setting up a business. Knowing the value of support and guidance during these critical early stages, I’m motivated to give back to the entrepreneurial community by sharing my knowledge and experiences.
I’m particularly motivated by the opportunity to make a tangible difference to the lives of other entrepreneurs. By helping them to overcome their challenges, I can not only accelerate their growth, but also enrich the start-up ecosystem as a whole. What’s more, mentoring keeps me in touch with the latest trends and innovations, which in turn fuels my continuous learning and personal development.
