I am interested in mentoring because early-stage is where trajectories are shaped. The quality of guidance founders receive at this stage often determines whether a company becomes fundable, scalable, and resilient — or remains structurally fragile. With over 18 years of experience in venture capital and private equity, I have built and financed companies across growth cycles, structured investment vehicles, and led capital raising with institutional investors and DFIs. Mentoring allows me to intervene upstream — strengthening fundamentals before capital is deployed. My focus areas include: Investment readiness and fundability Product–market fit validation and scalability strategy Business model architecture and unit economics Go-to-market positioning and strategic differentiation Governance structuring and founder alignment Financial discipline, KPIs, reporting frameworks Equity story articulation and due diligence preparation Beyond the model and metrics, I focus strongly on the founder: clarity of vision, execution capacity, decision-making discipline, and leadership maturity. Capital backs people first. My objective is not simply to advise, but to help founders build investable, institution-ready companies capable of attracting long-term capital and scaling sustainably.

By helping founders build strong governance, financial discipline, and scalable operating models early on, we elevate the overall quality of the investment pipeline and reduce structural fragility across the market.
