Hi, I’m Alexander. I help CEOs of scale-ups build and run their internal organization, bringing out the best in the team. I can advise on strategy, organizational structure, company culture, management and leadership, performance management, meeting routines, decision making processes, etc.
Previously, I founded and sold my own business. Before that, I was impact investor at Incofin and before that, management consultant at Bain & Company. I have experience in tech and professional service businesses.
