I bring to the table, over 28 years of experience across diverse fields like banking, agribusiness, consulting, and most importantly for this program, mentoring. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of guiding individuals in various areas, including supporting startup founders and building export readiness.
My passion lies in empowering others to achieve their goals. As the founder of an Agribusiness company specializing in processing local produce into superfoods, I understand firsthand the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship, particularly in the agricultural sector. I’m also a strong believer in the power of collaboration and knowledge sharing, which is why I actively mentor individuals and contribute to the growth of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

I’m confident that my multifaceted background and experience, combined with my proven mentoring skills, would allow me to effectively guide and support mentees in this program. I’m particularly interested in working with individuals pursuing ventures in agribusiness or those seeking guidance on launching and growing their businesses as well as aspiring exporters.

What motivates me to mentor is the deep desire to empower others and witness their impact and growth. Witnessing the ‘aha’ moments and successes of mentees gives me joy and fuels my passion for mentorship. Throughout my career, I’ve benefited tremendously from mentors who guided me through challenges and helped me reach my full potential. Now, I want to ‘pay it forward’ and provide similar support to aspiring entrepreneurs.

My experience as an Agribusiness founder solidified for me, the value of mentorship. Building a company from the ground up comes with its own set of hurdles, and having a guiding hand can make all the difference. Through mentorship, I aim to share the knowledge that I have amassed, offer valuable insights, and help mentees overcome obstacles on their entrepreneurial and export journeys.
