I am a dedicated organizational development (OD) professional with a passion for empowering businesses and organizations to achieve their full potential. My career, spanning over 8 years, is a testament to my expertise in identifying areas for improvement, crafting effective solutions, and driving measurable results.

My experience lies at the intersection of business acumen and human capital development with a role as an Organizational Development Lead Consultant at Samakose Enterprising Development allows me to collaborate with businesses, analyze workflow and communication patterns, and identify opportunities for optimization. I then leverages this knowledge to design and implement targeted strategies, such as customized staff incentive programs, that enhance efficiency, profitability, and employee motivation.

Beyond my consulting expertise, am a seasoned facilitator and coach who possesses a wealth of experience designing and delivering workshops, training sessions, and coaching programs. My diverse clientele includes startups, established SMEs, NGOs, and aspiring young entrepreneurs.
