Angelo Anthony

Hi, my name is Angelo and I am a career banking professional who has lived and worked across Africa (Tanzania and Nigeria) and the Middle East (UAE). I am an angel investor active across Clean Tech with a focus on food security, Web3 with a focus on tokenization and Wealth Tech with a focus on savings. I am passionate about Africa and the promise that the start- up eco-system has to solve some of it’s most urgent challenges. I’m looking to support early- stage founders focused on Clean Tech and Wealth Tech in GTM and Fund Raising.

I have built up a considerable level of expertise in strategy, operations, risk and funding and find that these skill sets are useful for founders as they build out their businesses. I enjoy working with energetic people with a passion for their project and the grit to see it through no matter the challenges. I also find that the close interaction helps me identify founders and businesses that I would want to back.
