About

As an entrepreneurship monitor, startup coordinator, and expert in business plans and pitch decks at Technopark, my passion for mentoring stems from a deep desire to empower entrepreneurs to transform their ideas into impactful ventures. Having closely worked with early-stage startups, I have witnessed the challenges that founders face, from refining their business models to securing funding. Through mentoring, I aim to bridge this gap by providing the strategic insights, tools, and guidance that entrepreneurs need to succeed.

My PhD research at the University of Hassan II, where I specialize in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, has given me a broader understanding of how different factors—such as policy, finance, and innovation hubs—interact to influence startup success. I’m particularly interested in fostering environments where entrepreneurs can thrive, focusing on areas like sustainable business growth, innovation, and access to resources.

Mentoring allows me to combine my practical experience at Technopark with academic insights, providing comprehensive support to startups. I focus on helping entrepreneurs sharpen their business strategies, develop compelling pitch decks, and navigate the complexities of scaling their ventures. My goal is to be a catalyst for their success, enabling them to grow their businesses sustainably and contribute meaningfully to the ecosystem.

Mentorship motivation

  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up
  • I want to make new connections for myself and/or the organization I represent
  • Other

I chose to become a mentor because I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up. Having gained valuable insights and experience through my work as an entrepreneurship monitor and startup coordinator at Technopark, I believe it’s important to support the next generation of founders. Mentoring gives me the opportunity to share knowledge and help startups avoid common pitfalls, enabling them to build strong foundations for growth.

Additionally, I want to make new connections for myself and the organization I represent. Mentorship not only benefits the mentees but also creates opportunities for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and expanding networks. By engaging with innovative startups, I can foster relationships that bring value to the entire entrepreneurial ecosystem while also enhancing the influence of my organization.
