My interest in mentoring stems from over 10 years of experience working at the intersection of entrepreneurship development, agricultural innovation, and youth empowerment in Africa. As a former Program & Campus Director at Wennovation Hub, I successfully managed and trained new startups in the Campus2Market program, helping innovators transition from campus to market. This experience demonstrated the transformative power of meaningful mentorship in shaping young entrepreneurs’ journeys.
