My academic interests lie primarily in entrepreneurship, as demonstrated by my thesis defense and ongoing research exploring the intersection of AI and entrepreneurship. I have developed expertise in corporate finance, leadership, and management, and have dedicated myself to mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs through volunteer work with NGOs. Currently, as an Associate Professor at University Hassan II Casablanca, I teach courses in Corporate Finance, Leadership, and Management. Furthermore, I actively engage in research as a member of the Laboratory of Entrepreneurship and SMEs, and I am proud to contribute to the Moroccan team of the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM).
What motivates me to mentor is my deep-seated passion for entrepreneurship and education. Throughout my career as a professor, I’ve witnessed the transformative power of mentorship in guiding aspiring entrepreneurs toward success. I believe that by sharing my knowledge, experiences, and insights, I can empower individuals to realize their full potential and achieve their entrepreneurial goals. Mentoring allows me to contribute to the development of future leaders and innovators, and it brings me great fulfillment to see my mentees thrive and succeed. Additionally, my journey has taught me the importance of giving back and supporting others on their path to success. By mentoring, I can make a meaningful and lasting impact on the lives of others and contribute to the growth and prosperity of our entrepreneurial ecosystem.
