My professional background is rooted in entrepreneurship, business management, and mentorship. With nearly a decade of experience, I have successfully established myself as a digital entrepreneur and project manager in Ghana. I am deeply passionate about youth enterprise development and have dedicated my career to empowering young entrepreneurs through high-quality, lean, and agile product development. As the Founder of Basil Technologies and the Programs Manager for Whizzy Innovation Hub, I have led various initiatives aimed at fostering innovation and entrepreneurship across Ghana. My experience also includes providing business advisory services, mentoring women-led informal micro-enterprises, and collaborating with international organizations such as GIZ Germany, GIZ Ghana, the EU, Mastercard Foundation, MEST Africa, Generations Ghana, UNICEF, etc. on entrepreneurship development projects. Furthermore, I have received training and certification in coaching, mentoring, lean research, strategic management, and digital marketing from reputable institutions such as Impact Hub Ruhr, Aflatoun International, Ashesi University/MIT – Dlab, and the London School of International Business. Overall, my diverse professional background equips me with the skills, knowledge, and passion to make a meaningful impact in the startup ecosystem.

What motivates me to mentor is the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of aspiring entrepreneurs. I believe in the power of mentorship to empower individuals, unlock their potential, and guide them towards success. Seeing mentees grow, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals brings me immense satisfaction and fulfillment. Additionally, mentorship allows me to give back to the community by sharing my knowledge, experience, and insights with the next generation of business leaders. Ultimately, the prospect of contributing to someone else’s journey toward success is what drives and inspires me to mentor.
