I am interested to share my knowledge and experiences with others and to help them grow their businesses. At the same time, I can also learn from the mentees not only on their businesses but also on how they think and act on different scenarios. How they handle their businesses could give me some insights to improve the way I run my own business. One further benefit is for me to understand the culture of Africa in general and people from a particular country. We can have cross cultural exchange as a bridge between HK and Africa.
