About

I am a seasoned business consultant with over two decades of experience in empowering early-stage start-ups and young entrepreneurs through the application of design thinking to foster the development of social enterprises. With a decade-long tenure at the Ghana Enterprises Agency, I facilitated critical support for nearly 1,000 micro and small businesses, enhancing their access to essential business management skills, credit, and technological solutions. As the Country Director of Think Impact in Ghana, I orchestrated collaborative ventures between more than 20 U.S. college students and local communities, addressing pivotal challenges in agriculture, education, and health. In my role as Executive Director for Global Brigades in Ghana, I managed experiential learning programs for over 3,000 students and young professionals from Western universities, focusing on health, economic development, water, sanitation, and health initiatives in underserved rural areas. My extensive expertise and dedication have significantly contributed to the growth and sustainability of numerous social enterprises and community development projects.

Mentorship motivation

  • I like to learn about industries and new businesses
  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up

As a mentor, I am motivated by the success of my mentees and the failures of my mentees. The success of my mentees validate the quality of the support I am able to provide them and their failures challenge me to explore new opportunities to help them navigate complex challenges.
