Catherine Kaye Teberio Tayag is an expert in operations design and excellence, with over 15 years of experience driving efficiency and scalability across corporate and startup environments. She has led operations for startups in APAC, with a focus on e-commerce, manufacturing, supply chain, retail, energy, and circular industries.

Since 2018, Catherine has been partnering with founders to launch and scale operations for their early-stage ventures, delivering significant operational efficiency and expansion through strategic insights and innovative solutions.
