I am interested in offering mentorship because I am a beneficiary of interactive learning through engaging industry experts. Mentorship is an underutilized form of learning that needs to go mainstream mostly for entrepreneurs. Mentorship allows me to share my entrepreneurship journey, challenges and lessons learnt from previous mistakes. My entrepreneur experience has also spanned across hybrid settings that involve managing in-person and remote teams. I have also served as a board member and advisor to the board which helped me nurture leadership skills. I also believe that mentorship enhances knowledge retention for entrepreneurs in a more effective way.

My interests are in business partnerships, business planning & strategy, teamwork foundations, team culture and wellness. This has been honed from my business experience in enterprise development consulting and strategy as well as running an employee engagement and wellness entity that has interacted with diverse teams across corporate, SME, NGO and public sectors. I am also an experienced public speaker who has delivered presentations during various conferences and workshops. I am passionate about nurturing creativity, professionalism, work-life integration and initiative for entrepreneurs and start-ups.

My passion also covers soft skills training and mentorship in the areas of problem solving, public speaking, critical thinking, inter-personal relations and communication. Mentorship is also a great way to learn from mentees and understand their perspectives. Mentorship for me is not just learning from one another but also a form of relationship building.

I love giving mentorship as a way of giving to startups and also offer valuable advise through board advisory and member.
