About

I bring over a decade of experience in education, with the last two years dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs as a program manager, learning designer, and facilitator. I’ve had the privilege of managing and designing programs for entrepreneurs in Senegal, collaborating with the Mastercard Foundation and Vitol Foundation to drive impactful initiatives. Notably, I led the development of the Social and Inclusive Business Bootcamp for women entrepreneurs across Africa, in partnership with the French Agency of Development. Currently, I serve as the learning designer for a program in partnership with UK Aid, focused on empowering women in the energy sector.

My work spans designing programs tailored to micro-entrepreneurs and SMEs in both rural and urban areas, as well as youth entrepreneurs. These programs have covered essential areas such as strategic planning, leadership, talent management, operations, and finance, with a strong emphasis on improving access to finance. I am particularly passionate about leadership and soft skills development, recognizing their critical role in empowering entrepreneurs to succeed in challenging environments.

Moving forward, I am committed to continuing this work, with a focus on creating transformative programs that equip entrepreneurs with the skills and resources they need to thrive and contribute to sustainable economic development in Africa.
