Sivatho Chuma Wealth Managers focuses on business plan, due diligence, capital raising and business development for start ups and early stage businesses in the Eastern Cape, South Africa since 2012. I have successfully raised more than $1 500 000 for health tech, waste management, transport, agriculture, food and beverages. I have undertaken annual strategy, business plan and mentoring assignments.

I have been recently accepted to be a Mentor by the Tony Elumelu Foundation for the 2025 TEF Entrepreneurship Programme, this includes being a panel judge for this Africa seed capital competition.

The registration of Startup Grind Mthatha as Chapter Director has been accepted by www.startupgrind.com. In partnership with StartupGrind, East London, I did a fireside chat on the DFI Funding Options (loan, grant, matched funds) in South Africa.

The business plan, business support and funding programmes provided so far are for:
DEDEAT LRED Fund Due Diligence and recommendation on 37 SMMEs. After recommendation, the 17 recommended entities were disbursed $1, 1 million. (2019-2020). The ECDC ECRDA Blended Finance conducted due diligence, approval and disbursement to the value of $1, 35 million. I was the Blended Finance Manager and conducted 9 approvals and managed the fund.
In 2006 at the Industrial Development Corporation I was in the Transport & Financial Services Unit where we conducted due diligence and disbursed equity and Loan funding for banks, microlenders, Courier company and logistics businesses. The $10 million facility for Zambia and Swaziland where also disbursed in this period.
In 2020 Gender CC in partnership with Flanders, Belgium assigned my company annual strategy, business plan and business plan training for Hebron Tree Growers Primary Co-operative in North West for the Mango processing value chain.

Wild Coast macadamia Association, I am the Transaction Advisor and my skills have enabled these Small Scale Holder farmers to grow.
As a Mentor for the Small Scale Fisher co-operative of Mathebeni, Nyandeni Municipality I provide mentor support, business planning and growth aspirations of the co-operative.
I have been a mentor and business plan specialist on 10 assignments for SEDA: OR Tambo, Chris Hani and Alfred Nzo Districts.
