Damilola Akeju

In 2021, I was a beneficiary of VC4A mentor driven capital and that experience changed my life. I was fortunate to meet a mentor through the experience who showed a genuine interest in me and the company I am building.

I understand the impact of mentorship and I also want to be able to give back to those founders just coming up and seeking guidance. I know I may not have all the answers but through my several years of being a founder, leader and innovator I believe I can add value to other businesses and founders.

My interest is in technology enabled businesses, founders solving local problems and the type of businesses that can be classified as ‘unattractive’. I am a servant leader and have a keen interest in the growth of people connected to me.

It is all about giving back for me. This is my first priority as i strongly believe that mentorship can help a founder achieve more in a shorter time. I have mentors and i truly enjoy the benefits of having them in my corner.

I want to be able to pour my time and experiences into other and be a guide in as many ways as i can.
