I’m Donna Rosa and I provide remote business coaching to entrepreneurs in developing countries, especially microenterprises.
I have a corporate business background in the food industry. I later transitioned into international development, providing business development services in Africa, the Caribbean, Central America, and Eastern Europe. I’ve worked with entrepreneurs in South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Liberia, Sierra Leone, and Uganda, either in-person or remotely.
Much of my work has been in agribusiness and food processing/value addition, but I can help entrepreneurs in any industry. My focus is on developing management skills and enabling sound business judgement and decision-making in entrepreneurs.
I am a mentor for the FAO-IAFN Women’s Accelerator program https://agrifood.net/iafn/projects/women-sme-accelerator-programme/ I have written articles and done podcast interviews on the need to support entrepreneurship to develop economies.

My passion is to share my accumulated business knowledge with those who can most benefit from it. I especially enjoy working one-on-one with microentrepreneurs and learning about their businesses. They absorb information quickly and are eager to progress and build their businesses. Often a little knowledge makes a huge difference, and that is very satisfying.
