In the current era, women are still facing gender inequality within the workplaces and their professional lives. Therefore, it is important to pursue ways to help women combat the challenges they face, mentoring is one of the ways that can help support women advance in their careers.
Actively promoting inclusivity through targeted initiatives, such as mentorship programs and awareness campaigns, which aim to inspire and support underrepresented groups, including women of all sexuality, to pursue and excel in STEM.
