About
I work with organizations & institutions deploying trainers for their youth capacity building initiatives. My role is the Training-of-Trainers (ToT) around our outcome based Agribusiness Value Chains (AVCs) learning pathway.
The Training of Trainers (ToT) program prepares the trainers to support their learners with self-paced learning and interactive workshops. Trained trainers use the learning pathway, workshops and their add-on local/technical content/knowledge to train their learners committed to (self) employment and entrepreneurship outcomes.
