Eddy Lama

I’m a Congolese creative professional with more than 14 years of experience at the crossroads of design, branding, motion, and entrepreneurship. My journey has taken me across industries and continents, working with startups, established companies, and individuals to bring clarity, strategy, and creativity to their projects. Today, I’m based in Mauritius, though much of my work and collaborations extend internationally. As a business coach I help founders and teams transform ideas into measurable results. Mentorship is also an exchange: I share my experience while gaining new perspectives from those I guide.

I mentor because I see it as a way to give back to the startup ecosystem while staying connected to the energy of new ideas. Over the years, I’ve built and supported ventures across industries, and mentoring allows me to share that experience with entrepreneurs who are just starting out. At the same time, I enjoy learning from emerging businesses, discovering fresh perspectives, and keeping a pulse on evolving industries. Mentorship also opens doors to explore opportunities as an advisor or board member, while creating meaningful connections that benefit both myself and the organizations I represent
