Entrepreneurs in Zambia face tremendous obstacles in their entrepreneurship journey. To navigate their way around requires these entrepreneurs need mentorship. Through my mentorship role, I gain wider knowledge about business in different sectors. Each mentee presents me with an opportunity to learn and deepen my knowledge of different kinds of business entities.
I help entrepreneurs understand the market they operate in as well as for them to set up their business properly.
The key to Zambia’s and sub-saharan Africa economic transformation lies in the hands of SMEs. I am involved in this setting by working with entrepreneurs to overcome constraints that hinder their development
