About

I am deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of leaders in Africa, particularly in agriculture, entrepreneurship, and social impact. My interest in mentoring stems from my own journey of building institutions such as Hunter’s Global Network and Farmer’s Pride International, where I have seen firsthand how strong organizational structures, sound policies, and strategic planning can transform ideas into lasting impact.

My mentorship focus areas are organization formation, policy formulation, strategic planning, and management. I guide emerging leaders and enterprises in building resilient institutions with clear governance frameworks, sustainable strategies, and growth models that can attract investment and deliver measurable results. I emphasize inclusivity, empowering women and young people to take leadership roles, and aligning ventures with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to ensure both profitability and long-term relevance.

By mentoring, I seek to multiply impact — enabling others to avoid common pitfalls, strengthen their foundations, and position their organizations as agents of sustainable change.

Mentorship motivation

  • I like to learn about industries and new businesses
  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up
  • I want to make new connections for myself and/or the organization I represent
  • I want to scout for new opportunities in engaging as an advisor or for a board seat

I am interested in mentoring because I believe that true leadership is not measured by personal success, but by how many others are empowered to succeed. My journey in agriculture and development has shown me that many brilliant young people, women, and grassroots entrepreneurs have ideas with great potential, but they often lack the structures, strategies, and policies needed to turn those ideas into sustainable organizations. I see mentoring as a way of giving back—helping others avoid the challenges I faced, while transferring practical knowledge that can accelerate their growth.

My interests and focus areas are organization formation, policy formulation, strategic planning, and management. I am particularly passionate about helping others build institutions that are resilient, well-governed, and aligned with both national development priorities and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In my own work with Hunter’s Global Network and Farmer’s Pride International, I have witnessed how proper governance systems, strong policies, and long-term strategies transform communities—from smallholder farmers in Botswana to regional partnerships across SADC.

Through mentoring, I want to inspire confidence, share tested tools, and build a new generation of leaders who can scale their enterprises, attract funding, create jobs, and address poverty. This is my “why”: mentoring is not only about teaching skills, but about igniting vision and ensuring that Africa’s next leaders have the structures and confidence to achieve it.
