I am an investment management professional with about a decade of experience working in financial services – worked across key roles within portfolio management, compliance, and fund accounting with a leading billion-dollar pension fund in Nigeria. Transitioned into Venture capital and early-stage investing as Chief of staff and Head of Fund operations at an Africa focused early stage VC fund. I am excited and passionate about the remarkable opportunities to invest in Africa across verticals and work with founders to navigate the terrain. I believe that women as capital allocators will play an important role in the future of the continent for economic empowerment and wealth building as individuals.

In line with the listed options above, this is an opportunity to learn and unlearn and most importantly gain new perspectives from the entrepreneurs. Beyond the opportunity to give back to the development of the ecosystem, I intend to contribute my expertise and network to the program, whilst broadening my existing network. Lastly, the African ecosystem is still nascent, and supporting founders early on is key, whilst benchmarking business models across various markets to solve real problems for the African economy.
