About

I am interested in mentoring because I consistently see high-potential impact projects getting stuck, not due to lack of motivation or vision, but because of hidden structural bottlenecks. My work focuses on identifying and unlocking these barriers, whether they relate to strategy, positioning, team dynamics, or execution.

I work at the intersection of strategic clarity and human dynamics. I help founders and teams step back, reframe their challenges, and realign their project with a clear, actionable direction. This often involves translating complexity into structured decisions and helping teams regain focus and momentum.

My main areas of focus include strategic repositioning, business model clarity, project structuring, and navigating moments of stagnation or loss of direction. I am particularly interested in working with impact-driven ventures that aim to create social or environmental value, and that are at a critical stage of growth or transition.

Mentorship motivation

  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up
  • I want to scout for new opportunities in engaging as an advisor or for a board seat

For me, mentoring is not about giving generic advice, but about creating the conditions for meaningful shifts, where teams can move forward with clarity, confidence, and a stronger strategic foundation, to be ready to move on on the market and to be able to scale the project.
