About

Having spent close to 3 decades in the corporate world, I am now ready to share my experiences and learnings with others. I have been mentoring startups for the past 4 years, managing women professional golfers for the past 3 years, and have recently set up a social enterprise to help persons with disabilities gain dignified livelihood.
In my corporate world, I have managed large scale, regional PnLs as a COO to technology and partner organisations. I run a frugal, tight ship which is very essential for startups. I love using technology to work smarter and solve challenges.
I hope to be able to move the needle in the journey of a founder, and/or the next generation through my engagement. I am sector agnositic but love AI, sports, and anything related to underserved communities.
I will be able to help founders with clarity in the vision, a profitable roadmap to achieve that vision at scale through global business connects, partnerships, GTM, and possible fund raise activities. I will be a fly in the wall with an occasional swoop, and slap on the eye when things have a potential to go south.

Mentorship motivation

  • I like to learn about industries and new businesses
  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up
  • I want to make new connections for myself and/or the organization I represent
  • I want to scout for new opportunities in engaging as an advisor or for a board seat

I am a business matchmaker. I thrive on connections and networking. To that end, I like to invest in meeting potential leaders, new businesses, and new opportunities. At the core of all this, I also have a personal agenda of promoting inclusive hiring and bringing persons with disbailities into the mainstream.
