About

Hello, my name is Gavin, and I’ve been passionately mentoring small businesses for over three decades. Since 1990, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of entrepreneurs, from those supported by government programs to those backed by national banks. Running my own mentoring company has given me a front-row seat to the challenges and triumphs of small businesses, and it has fueled my commitment to guiding them toward success.

As the author of the “24 Hour Survival Guide” for small businesses and a frequent contributor to articles on entrepreneurship, I’ve distilled years of experience into practical advice that empowers business owners to navigate their toughest challenges. My focus is on helping entrepreneurs build strong foundations, particularly in the early stages, where the right mentorship can have the most profound impact.

My interests are broad but focused on key areas that are vital to modern business: fintech, social media platforms, and the emerging opportunities in Web3. I believe that these sectors, especially in rapidly growing regions like Africa and Latin America, offer unparalleled potential for innovation and growth.

I am eager to support early-stage startup founders, helping them turn their visions into reality, and guiding them through the complexities of setting up and scaling their businesses.

Best regards,
Gavin
