About

I support founders who are preparing to scale internationally, particularly towards Europe.

My background is in finance, corporate strategy, and cross-border operations. I work hands-on with founders to strengthen their business model, structure a credible financial narrative, and become investment-ready when engaging with European investors, corporate partners, and institutions.

As a partner at YourGroup, a fractional C-level network, I support scale-ups and mid-sized companies on financial strategy, governance, and international growth in complex, multi-country environments.

As a mentor, I am pragmatic and outcome-oriented. I help founders make clear strategic choices, improve decision-making under uncertainty, and prepare for investor discussions, partnerships, and board-level conversations when entering new markets.

While I do not position myself as a local Africa market expert, I bring hands-on experience in European markets, cross-border execution, and investor-facing readiness.

Mentorship motivation

  • I am looking for new investments
  • I like to learn about industries and new businesses
  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up
  • I want to make new connections for myself and/or the organization I represent
  • I want to scout for new opportunities in engaging as an advisor or for a board seat

I mentor founders who are serious about international growth and ready to approach scale with structure and discipline.

My motivation is to help entrepreneurs become credible and investment-ready when engaging with European investors, corporate partners, and public innovation ecosystems.

I see mentorship as a way to create long-term value. When there is strong alignment, I am open to continuing the relationship beyond the program in advisory or board-level roles.
