I think I love to mentor the woman that I trained, I do a follow up with them to improve their ability and leadership position and build their confidence, add value for the young people that I trained.
Being a mentor allows me to practice leadership by working with the mentee to offer support and direction, whilst helping them learn and evolve in the process. Supporting others and making strategic decisions are noteworthy factors in leadership, and the more you practice through mentoring, the better you’ll get.
