Irene Ampomaa Ohene is a Human Resource Consultant and the Managing Director of SKAIK Consulting. I am passionate about mentoring startups because I believe in empowering entrepreneurs to succeed. My focus areas include entrepreneurship, HR, and administrative support where i get to share my expertise to help startups build strong foundations. I’m driven by the desire to see innovative ideas thrive and make a meaningful impact. Through mentoring, I aim to provide guidance, support and valuable insights to help startups navigate challenges, overcome obstacles, and achieve their full potential. By doing so, I hope to contribute to the growth and success of the startup ecosystem, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
