Most entrepreneurs have strong ideas with great economic potential but lack a guiding hand on the growth path. As a business coach, I have devoted my time and skills to support business owners and employees to better understand and implement their project. Based in a country with agriculture as the backbone for the economy, I envision the sector as a potential employer for youth and women as well as a source of raw material for cottage industries to enhance value addition to agricultural produce. I have a deep interest in climate-smart agricultural production, agricultural processing and organic waste upcycling.

Iron sharpens iron. As an entrepreneur in the agriculture sector and business analyst for SMEs in the Agriculture sector, I have relevant practical knowledge and skills that can be valuable to SMEs in Sub Saharan Africa. Understanding the pain points for most entrepreneurs has been insightful in my business coaching career as I have tailor-made my mentorship approach to suit business-specific needs. Having dealt with different business models places me in a better position to comfortably coach diverse business types.
