I’m passionate about mentoring because it represents a unique opportunity to share my expertise, support individuals in their professional development, and contribute to their success. Mentoring is an enriching process where knowledge transfer, active listening and personalized support create synergies that help mentees flourish. As a manager and trainer in management and economics, I’ve had the chance to observe the positive impact of mentoring on individual performance and motivation, which reinforces my desire to get involved in this approach.

My interests focus mainly on entrepreneurship, economic inclusion of young people and sustainable development. I’m particularly involved in creating projects that promote the professional integration of vulnerable young people, and in improving participative management models.

In short, mentoring allows me to combine my passions for coaching young people, developing innovative projects and optimizing management processes, while contributing to the development of talent and the success of entrepreneurial initiatives.

I mentor primarily to give back to the startup ecosystem and emerging entrepreneurs. Having benefited from valuable guidance and advice myself throughout my career, I’m convinced that mentoring is an effective way of supporting and encouraging new generations of entrepreneurs. By sharing my expertise and experience, I hope to contribute to the success of innovative projects and help overcome the challenges faced by these young entrepreneurs.

Mentoring also keeps me in touch with market developments and new trends, feeding my curiosity and desire to learn. It’s an opportunity to explore emerging industries, study new ventures and discover innovative business models.

What’s more, mentoring offers a valuable chance to develop new professional ties and strengthen relationships with other players in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. By engaging as an advisor or contributing to boards of directors, I can also identify and explore new investment or collaboration opportunities that benefit both the entrepreneurs I mentor and the organization I represent.
