About

I am passionate about mentoring because I believe in the power of knowledge transfer to drive sustainable growth and create lasting impact. With over 12 years of experience in raising funds for businesses and providing liquidity solutions for debt and equity financing, I have witnessed firsthand how the right financial strategies can transform businesses and, by extension, the lives of families and communities.

As the Founder and Chief Business Finance Coach at Scaleup Coaching Inc., my work revolves around partnering with businesses on fundraising, cash and capital optimization, and financial planning. Through this, I aim to empower entrepreneurs to build scalable and financially resilient businesses. My professional journey has taken me through roles in commercial and corporate banking, as well as corporate treasury and finance, where I managed multi-million-dollar portfolios for top banks and multinationals. These experiences have equipped me with a wealth of knowledge and a practical approach to solving financial challenges.

Mentoring aligns perfectly with my mission of driving business funding and financial literacy empowerment initiatives. I am particularly focused on helping small businesses maximize their potential, develop strategic financial plans, and secure the resources they need to grow. Through sharing my expertise, I hope to inspire and guide others toward building wealth for their families and contributing meaningfully to their communities.

Mentorship motivation

  • I like to learn about industries and new businesses
  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up
  • I want to make new connections for myself and/or the organization I represent
  • I want to scout for new opportunities in engaging as an advisor or for a board seat

I mentor because I genuinely want to give back to the startup ecosystem and support entrepreneurs as they grow their businesses. Over the past 12 years, I’ve worked closely with businesses to secure funding and develop solid financial strategies, so I understand how challenging the journey can be. Mentorship is my way of sharing that knowledge to help others succeed.

At the same time, I enjoy learning about new industries and innovative business ideas. Mentoring gives me a chance to stay connected to what’s happening in the entrepreneurial world while also exploring opportunities to contribute more meaningfully, like serving as an advisor or joining a board.

I also value the connections I make through mentoring, both for myself and for the organizations I work with. It’s not just about giving advice; it’s about building relationships that can create lasting impact. My ultimate goal is to empower entrepreneurs to build strong, scalable businesses and help facilitate a successful startup ecosystem.
