Over the past 9 years I have build a track record in project management, applied in change management, business development, innovative product development. In the last two years, I have been part of the executive committee of a scale-up, actively taking part in growing it from start-up to scale-up in it’s products/services, people and processes. My expertise is in strategy development, process optimisation and innovation (business development), where I bring a keen understanding of the influence of culture and other soft skills and how these impact growth and development.
Empowerment is one of the key motivators in my career. Seeing people and companies grow gives me such joy. As a leader I consider it my primary role to help the people I work with to grow into the fullest potential, and/or discover new potential. I have learned from some of the greatest mentors during my career so far, and I would like to give that back to the community.
