Joacir Alejandro Farías Chubey

My professional path has been marked by technology and a desire to drive innovation and business growth. From my beginnings in additive manufacturing, where I co-led the creation of the first large-scale 3D printer in Bolivia, to my current role as Venture Partner at Imagine Ventures, where I collaborate in capital raising and process design for startups, my passion for entrepreneurship has been the compass that has guided my journey.

As Coordinator of the Acceleration program at Innova UP by CAINCO, I had the privilege of contributing to the strengthening of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in my country. I led the growth of 80 startups through various acceleration programs, encouraged female participation in entrepreneurship with Innova Women and organized key events such as the first Venture Capital Forum in Bolivia “VCILAT”.

My background includes specialized programs in Design Thinking, Venture Capital, Incubator and Accelerator Management, methodologies for business acceleration programs, capital raising for startups and SME management.
