My journey in IT began with a strong educational foundation, having completed the Advanced Management Program in Business Administration and Management at IE University. This academic experience has equipped me with the strategic acumen and managerial skills necessary to excel in high-stakes environments.

Currently, I lead a team of 5 managers and 50 operation engineers, who are responsible for operating, supporting, and maintaining the entire IT applications catalog of our company. My focus on guaranteeing the highest quality and availability of nearly 30 business KPIs has been instrumental in maximizing business returns and driving continuous improvement across platforms. This role has honed my ability to manage complex IT infrastructures while ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

In my tenure at Telefónica, I have also been responsible for keeping the governance, budgetary, and human resources models up to date, which govern the entire IT Operations Department. My approach emphasizes efficiency, agility, and strategic alignment with business objectives, ensuring that our operations are not only robust but also adaptable to evolving market demands.
