Juliet Belema Gift-Onyesoh

As a Lecturer who engages with students daily, I understand the role of mentorship in capacity building, motivating academic excellence, and channeling the course of one’s career. I know mentorship can help to increase access, equity, and inclusion of women and girls in the workplace. I am happy to guide students, school leavers, and fresh graduates to navigate their careers and become more resourceful persons in society.

I am open to supporting my mentees to discover their innate abilities through guidance and counseling or mentoring. I believe mentored persons stand better chances of becoming responsible people who will impact their community.

I am interested in helping with workforce development by offering training and organizing seminars and workshops.

I am always motivated to share in people’s success stories. I believe giving back is one way of contributing to the society. Getting new opportunities to engage as an advisor will boost my profile and improve my chances of making new global connections.
