Kabanda Lopa

I am a business Lawyer by profession. I spent 7 years working in the commercial advisory wing of the Ministry of Justice and 6 years at the Development Bank of Zambia. This experience exposed me to understanding the peculiar financial, market and operational needs of MSMEs and honed my desire to use my legal skills to help them succeed. I hold a masters in International Business Law from Queen Mary University of London and a Masters in International Trade Law-Contracts and Dispute Resolutions from the University of Turin.

I currently run my own lawfirm CC Gabriel & Co Legal Practitioners that boasts a dedicated Small business division committed to providing legal support on a back of an understanding of the unique business needs of MSMEs. Through this vehicle I have gained an even more intimate appreciation or the needs of MSMEs, legal of otherwise.

To support my professional career, I am also an avid Toastmaster. Toastmasters International is a Public Speaking and Leadership Club.
