About

Hello, I am an experienced organisation development, people and culture transformation consultant, psychologist, and internationally accredited executive and team coach. With my last child going off to university this year, its time to redefine how I contribute more meaningfully within the entrepreneur development arena.

Over the past 26 years I have contributed to a range of business transformation and system implementation projects across industries, as an organisation change management specialist. My areas of passion are where the intersection between people, technology and change meet. As a result I am constantly on the look out for new technology developments and understanding their impact on people, organisation culture and social impact.

As a small way of contributing towards building supportive eco-systems for entrepreneurs, I would love to support start up founders with talent management strategy development and as a sounding board on people matters.

I have capacity to support 2 Boards in 2023/24 financial year, as a Non-Executive Director. Sectors: Information, Communication, Technology, Healthcare and Education.

Am looking forward to partnering, learning and growing together with those who choose to work with me as a mentor.

Mentorship motivation

  • I like to learn about industries and new businesses
  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up

Being part of teams that focus on making a difference in the communities where they serve, gives me immense joy and fulfilment. I believe mentorship is a great platform to nurture talent and build sustainable businesses. From my experience of facilitating leadership coaching circles, I have realised just how lonely it gets for entrepreneurs, resulting in mental health challenges, if they are not well supported or plugged into a community that helps them grow holistically.
