He has a 14-year track record of defining new business strategies, launching new ventures, developing innovative projects, and influencing the youth mindset through training, mentoring, and coaching.
He is the Lead Consultant for Mpact Lane Consult, Founder of EV4 Africa and a Consultant for Osei Tutu II Industrial Park. He has successfully supported startups and SMEs in Ghana, Nigeria, and the USA, crafting compelling business plans and securing funding opportunities. Spencer’s expertise extends to training, mentoring, and capacity-building initiatives, where he empowers entrepreneurs and fosters sustainable growth. He is passionate about driving digital transformation and has led initiatives to promote digital entrepreneurship and green energy adoption in Africa.
