Spencer T. Korankye is a Certified Strategy Tools Global Coach, a Certified Professional Trainer, and a seasoned business consultant with 15+ years of experience in entrepreneurship development, strategic planning, and digital innovation. He has a 14-year track record of defining new business strategies, launching new ventures, developing innovative projects, and influencing the youth mindset through training, mentoring, and coaching.

He is the Lead Consultant for Mpact Lane Consult, Managing Partner and Trainer at Whizzy Innovation Hub, the Founder of EV4 Africa, the Lead Digital Strategist at Qx Digitall, a Director at Ecentials Company Ltd., and a Consultant for Osei Tutu II Industrial Park. He was part of a team that developed an industrial park project for Kumasi Technical University worth $1.5 billion that got approval for funding from a USA investors group. He has just piloted a project that seeks to facilitate 1,000,000 job skills with quality internships, and 100,000 sustainable jobs for university students in Africa.

He has successfully supported startups and SMEs in Ghana, Nigeria, Tanzania, Botswana, and the USA, crafting compelling business plans and securing funding opportunities. His expertise extends to business plan and proposal development, training, mentoring, coaching, funding facilitation, and capacity-building initiatives, where he empowers entrepreneurs and fosters sustainable growth. He is passionate about driving digital transformation and has led initiatives to promote digital entrepreneurship and green energy adoption in Africa. With a track record of impactful contributions to development cooperation projects and advocacy for environmental sustainability, Spencer is committed to driving positive change and fostering economic prosperity in Africa.
