About

I’m Lyonnel, an entrepreneur driven by innovation and impact. Over the years, I’ve dedicated myself to building solutions that address real needs in my community and beyond. One of my key projects has been developing a booking platform aimed at promoting tourism in the Republic of Congo—an initiative designed to highlight the country’s cultural richness, natural beauty, and untapped economic potential.

Beyond this, I’ve founded several startups across different sectors, ranging from a supermarket delivery service to a transportation platform, among others. Each venture has strengthened my understanding of what it takes to build, launch, and grow a business from the ground up. Through these experiences, I’ve accumulated not only successes but also valuable lessons from challenges and setbacks along the way.

With 16 years of experience working in multinational companies—where I monitored and analyzed performance at various levels—I’ve developed strong analytical, strategic, and operational skills. These competencies, combined with my entrepreneurial journey, give me the ability to bring real value to emerging founders.

Today, I’m committed to using this experience to mentor startup entrepreneurs. My goal is to help them navigate challenges more effectively, avoid common pitfalls, and accelerate their growth. Ultimately, I aspire to empower the next generation of innovators to succeed where we once struggled, contributing to a stronger and more resilient entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Mentorship motivation

  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up

I have lost time, money, and energy throughout all my attempts, and I truly believe that guidance from experienced mentors could have helped me avoid many mistakes. My greatest achievement in this journey would be to see the younger generations succeed where we fell short, and to help them avoid the same errors we made.
