About

I am deeply interested in mentoring because I believe in the transformative power of guidance and knowledge-sharing in shaping the next generation of entrepreneurs and leaders. Throughout my career as a business consultant and trainer, I have seen how mentorship can provide invaluable support, helping individuals navigate complex challenges, unlock their potential, and achieve their goals. My passion for mentoring stems from a desire to give back to the community by sharing the insights, experiences, and lessons I’ve gained over the years, particularly in the areas of business development and sustainability.

My focus areas in mentoring include Business Development Services (BDS), where I help startups and MSMEs refine their business strategies, optimize operations, and access new markets. I am also passionate about E-commerce Strategy, guiding businesses on how to leverage digital platforms for growth and competitiveness in the global marketplace. Additionally, I focus on Sustainability and Climate Change Leadership, mentoring individuals and organizations on how to integrate sustainable practices into their operations and contribute to the broader goals of environmental stewardship.

I am particularly interested in working with young entrepreneurs and startups in developing economies, where the need for robust business support and sustainable practices is most critical. My approach to mentoring is collaborative and empathetic, aiming to empower mentees to think critically, embrace innovation, and build resilient businesses that can thrive in challenging environments.

VC4A’s mission to support entrepreneurs and foster sustainable business growth aligns perfectly with my interests. I am eager to contribute to this mission by mentoring entrepreneurs who are passionate about making a positive impact, ensuring that they have the tools, knowledge, and support they need to succeed.

Mentorship motivation

  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up

I mentor because I believe in the power of knowledge-sharing and the profound impact it can have on emerging entrepreneurs. Having navigated the challenges of building and growing businesses, I understand the value of guidance and support in the early stages of a startup. By mentoring, I aim to give back to the startup ecosystem, helping new entrepreneurs avoid common pitfalls, develop strong foundations, and ultimately succeed in their ventures. My goal is to contribute to a thriving entrepreneurial community where knowledge, experience, and innovation are shared to create lasting positive impact.
