Throughout my career, I’ve consistently sought opportunities to share knowledge and empower businesses and startups. I began my career journey in tech as a Digital Skill Trainer with Haptics Nigeria since 2019, and I’m still going strong. I have trained over 5000 businesses and mentored 500 business owners so far.

I have worked with various tech companies and projects targeting business owners and startups over the years, which has given me tremendous experience in understanding startup needs, challenges, and expectations. With 3 years of experience in digital marketing and advertising, I have greatly contributed to the digital success of most of my mentees. I have honed my communication, leadership, training, problem-solving, and listening skills.

I’m particularly passionate about helping startups and entrepreneurs succeed online and scale their ideas. I am committed to making a difference in the world. Assisting women-owned startups to launch and grow in the market gives me ultimate inner satisfaction. My expertise lies in branding, digital marketing, advertising, and business operations. I have good knowledge and skills in using most of the tools any startup needs to build, launch, and scale, such as Trello, Slack, Google Meet, Google Slide, Google Doc and Drive, Canva, various social media platforms, caput, Malichips, Google Analytics, WordPress, etc. This mentorship role excites me because it directly aligns with my values and career path.

I am thrilled by the prospect of a mentoring entrepreneurs program because I am incredibly passionate about helping entrepreneurs and startups grow and scale their products. My dedication to this cause has steered my career, starting from my role as an SMBs trainer for the “Boost Your Business” Meta project and Google Digital Skills for Africa program. Over the years, I have mentored, coached, and worked with businesses and startups to develop and expand their ideas. Currently, I serve as a mentor for the Micromentor program by Mercy Corp and as a business mentor at Upskill Universe for the Google Hustle Academy program. With my extensive experience in training, coaching, and mentoring entrepreneurs and startups, I have firsthand insight into the unique challenges and opportunities faced by women entrepreneurs and startups. I am deeply committed to empowering women to establish and scale successful businesses.

This program aims to unleash the potential of women entrepreneurs, which perfectly aligns with my goal of refining my mentorship skills and connecting with a vibrant community of like-minded women leaders. I am particularly drawn to the opportunity to share my expertise in like digital marketing, branding, growth planning, problem-solving, leadership, financial planning, marketing strategy, presentation, product development etc. My experience in organizing globally supported programs and communities, such as Startup Weekend Aba, Google Business Group Aba, and the Google Business Profile Listing Project in Aba, Nigeria, has equipped me to provide practical guidance and support to aspiring female entrepreneurs.

I am confident that participating in this program will not only enhance my mentorship abilities but also strengthen my impact on the broader entrepreneurial ecosystem. I am eager to contribute my expertise, enthusiasm, and unwavering support to the next generation of startups as they unlock their potential.
