Mentorship has been a constant thread in my career. After more than a decade working in strategy and growth roles across startups, scaleups, and corporates, I’ve seen firsthand how lonely and complex the founder’s journey can be. What drew me into mentoring was the chance to bridge that gap — to give founders and professionals the kind of structured, practical guidance I often wished I had earlier in my own career.
I’ve led global strategy at Bolt and Preply, launched ventures in edtech and gaming (including a mobile app that reached 50M+ downloads), and built consulting and mentorship practices that have supported over 100 individuals from 40+ countries. Through these experiences, I’ve learned that theory alone doesn’t move the needle — what makes a difference is connecting strategy to reality, especially when time, capital, and energy are limited.
My interests lie in helping entrepreneurs and professionals navigate key inflection points: validating markets, designing business models, preparing to raise capital, and scaling across borders. I’m especially passionate about international expansion, growth strategy, and customer experience design. Beyond business mechanics, I also care about mentoring founders on leadership and personal resilience — the often-overlooked side of sustainable growth.
At the heart of it, I mentor because I believe growth is both professional and personal. I want to help founders and professionals cut through noise, focus on what matters, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
I mentor to give back to the startup ecosystem and support entrepreneurs who are building in uncertain and challenging conditions. Having worked across scaleups and ventures myself, I know how valuable it is to have a trusted advisor during critical moments, and I want to provide that support to others.
At the same time, mentoring keeps me close to emerging industries, new business models, and innovative founders. It’s a way for me to continuously learn, exchange perspectives, and stay ahead of trends. Finally, I see mentorship as a pathway to explore future opportunities where my experience could add value as an advisor or board member.
